This great looking XKR Convertible is a 2003 car and, as such, is considered as something of a sweet spot in the evolution of the XKR with a number of significant improvements to the earlier cars all present here. This includes the larger 4.2L displacement and the later six-speed ZF automatic gearbox. With 400 bhp and over 400 Ib-ft of torque on tap the XKR offers almost physics-confounding dynamics.

This XKR has led a charmed life to date in the hands of just three registered keepers and moderate users. The first keeper acquired the car new from Avalon Jaguar in Wolverhampton. It was either from new or in this ownership that some Paramount Performance upgrades were made. These are believed to extend to an approved sports exhaust system, grill and nose badge. The first owner retained the XKR until 2012, covering around 15,000 miles in her tenure. The second keeper acquired the Jaguar in March of that year. He would keep the car up until November 2023, adding just under 3,500 miles over his 11 year stewardship.
