The Audi TT takes its name from the historical successes of NSU competing at the British Isle of Man TT. The exterior design was both bold and highly distinctive with many design awards won along the way. Early Mk. I TT's are becoming increasingly difficult to find with low mileage and low ownership and there is a flourishing club support network throughout UK and Europe catering for the surging enthusiasm for this iconic model. This privately entered TT Roadster is fitted with the desirable 'APX' 1.8 litre, turbocharged petrol engine and Quattro all-wheel drive, mated to Audi's six-speed manual DQB gearbox.

This is a stunning example of the first incarnation of the revolutionary TT, first registered 18th August 2006 to its first owner and the car has remained in the same family ever since with just one change in the logbook. Presented in stunning Avus Silver, a £460 option, the car was supplied by Maidstone Audi and is thought to be the lowest mileage series one TT in existence, a very special car indeed given its design awards at the time of launch. Further options from new included BOSE sound system, leather upholstery and the audio upgrade with a total of £1,385 taking the full price when new to £26,495. Offered with a new MoT certificate the Series One TT is a modern classic with the five-speed manual gearbox which is a joy to use, this example surely an appreciating asset.
