Description

Ducati 750GT, 1974, Dutch registration 1975.

Bevelhead-roundcase.

An honest and really good motorbike.

I´m Rob, a dutchman since 2012 living in Germany.

From birth till 2012 always lived in Leidschendam.

At that time, the same place where the Ducati importer Louwman was.

It was there where I bought the Duc.

Directly from the importer, in 1975.

Sticker on steering head from Louwman, Leidschendam.

I drove the 750 for 2,5 years, then put him in a storage, because there was another bike.

I lived on and had many more motorcycles since.

Over 40 years later the Duc750GT was looked for again.

I had the money to spend.

Made it a big project.

Several Ducati bevel-head experts have worked on the bike.

Engine complete rebuild:

New pistons, valves, valve seats, all bearings, clutch.

New paint, inside tank sealed.

Renewed chrome.

Startwin, Netherland.

Borrani wheels:

Polished, powder coated, stainless steel spokes, bearings.

Haan Wheels, Netherland.

New buddy seat: Westerwald, Germany.

New complete exhaust set conti´s with all the right numbers, clamps and so on.

New handlebar, grips, mirror.

N.O.S. taillight unit.

Put together:

Dell Orto revision, electronic ignition.

Steel Flex front Brake.

Kockelmann, Spa, Belgium.

Then drove it for more than 1000 kilometres.

In November 2023 last big service:

New: shocks (ikon classic), headlight, headlight holders, chain, sparkplugs, sparkplugs wires, coils, all rubber pads, tubes, fuel taps, air filters, watertight wiring harness, tyre, drum brake pads, master cylinder front brake, brake calliper, steering head bearings, battery.

Also, a better electronic ignition.

Engine oil, valves checked, Dell Orto´s.

Front suspension repair kit.

Instruments (odometer and rpm´s) where rebuild, without changing the numbers off the kilometres (still original distance !!).

After that everything was set and adjusted while on a dynojet test bench.

HdeB engineering, Netherlands.

A daily driveable classic motorbike with a museum status.

Directly from first owner.

About 30.000 kilometres (running, once in a while, for service and fun).

Original authentic number plate and papers (only for Dutch buyers, others will get the right export papers for the complete EU).

See the pictures, also the test rapport dynojet.

52.0 bhp and 65.7 Nm on the rear wheel.

The Ducati is in Germany, about 100 kilometres south off Köln.

No phone number, first contact only by mail.

If interested read the whole (I don´t answer about what I already wrote done).

Warning, I only answer realistic questions.
