    Description:

The Suzuki LJ80 is an off-road vehicle built from 1978 to 1982, originally developed for the Australian Army. The vehicle was first presented to the public in Germany at the IAA 1979. The LJ80 II version, which was modified for civilian use, was available with a closed steel roof, as a convertible and with a load floor. Within three years, the Suzuki LJ80 II was sold over 15,000 times. This model was particularly known for its excellent off-road capabilities - the last not only thanks to its selectable all-wheel drive. The LJ80, which was exported to Europe from 1980, triggered a real off-road boom in this country.

The international luxury brand MCM (Modern Creation Munich) was founded in Munich in 1977 and still offers high-quality handbags, leather goods and luggage worldwide. This vehicle was purchased new by MCM and was presumably the first "official" promotion and company car in the founding period of MCM. The Suzuki was equipped with an interior and roof of the now world-famous logo and lettering above a laurel branch and remained in MCM's hands for over three years. Recently, the LJ80 has been carefully restored, especially to preserve its special features.

This sought-after off-road vehicle comes with a historic road registration and inspires not least because of its sensational history as well as its manoeuvrability on- and off-road.

    Engine: 4-cylinder, 792 ccm, 41 hp
