Here you can purchase an heirloom from my grandmother that my son and I brought back to life.

The car sat idle in the garage for around 15 years (decommissioned in December 2008).

In the last few weeks we have replaced a broken rocker arm and replaced the water pump and timing belt and of course the coolant is new too.

The carburetor has been cleaned and the fuel pump is new.

Also new are the distributor cap and fingers.

The car starts, but stalls again when idling.

With the choke pulled slightly, it runs continuously - we let it run for about an hour - without any problems.

It probably just needs to be driven with additive for a while so that all traces of the old fuel are gone, or the throttle cable is no longer tensioned correctly.

The alternator, air filter and definitely the brake fluid still need to be changed.

In terms of bodywork, the whole car is in very good condition for its age - there is no rust in the relevant areas as it has only been in the garage since my grandpa bought it in 1985 and the very low mileage of course also contributes to this .

My grandma registered him after his death in 1995.

After your death in 2017, I inherited it, but unfortunately we can no longer afford to finish the car.

All in all, once the remaining work has been done, you will be buying a classic car that is absolutely suitable for everyday use and reliable.
