Description

1936 Morris Eight Special

This charming Morris Eight Special receives lots of attention everywhere it goes and is a real head turner.

Subject to a ground up bodywork restoration carried out in 2018 by M.J.S Panels, it has been rebuilt as a homage to the 1930’s racers of the period.

We must credit M.J.S Panels for the quality of their work as this is a very impressive creation. Not only does it look great but also it is an easy car to drive and drives very well indeed. The attention to detail is there to be seen and enjoyed.

Its all-aluminium body is sat on period Blockley tyres with period wire wheels. Looking great in racing red with tan leather trim and a new tonneau cover with personalised racing graphics, this all adds up to create a very special Morris Eight to own and enjoy.

We have videos of our staff driving this car and will be happy to forward these to you by what’s app.

Registered in 1937, it is correctly listed as a historic vehicle with the DVLA and is therefore MOT and road tax exempt.

Included with the car is the current V5C and the original vehicle registration book showing just a handful of owners considering its nearly 90 years old.

Fairmont Sports and Classics are pleased to be offering it with a fresh oil service and vehicle health check.
