This model is the first of only 14 vehicles built and was crafted on an original 6C 1750 chassis, with over 90% original parts from the 1930s. The Leontina was developed by Pettenella, a renowned classic car restorer. In the late 1960s, he collaborated with Achilli Motors, a prestigious luxury car dealer in Milan, to create an accurate replica of the Alfa Romeo 1750 Gran Sport. The goal was to combine the unmistakable aesthetics of the original with modern engineering.
