HISTORY:

The Ferrari 456 has always been a special model. 
Luca Di Montezemolo’s idea to revive the brand was to go back to the roots. 
A front engined V12 Grand Tourer was necessary for that purpose and Enzo Ferrari personally approved the project (the last car approved by Enzo). 
It was 1992 at the 40th anniversary of Garage Francorchamps in Brussels, Belgium, where Ferrari chose to introduce its newest four-seater grand touring car. 
Boasting elegant Pininfarina styling, the 456 would propel Ferrari into the 21st century whilst harkening back to the elegant GT cars of the 1950s and 1960s. 
As a four-seater Ferrari grand-tourer, its performance was exceptional. 
The 456’s 442-bhp V-12 ensured it could reach speeds of over 186 mph and accelerate from 0–100 km/h in 5.2 seconds. 
Luxuriously appointed, a full leather interior with electronically adjustable front seats, electric windows, an eight-speaker stereo system with a CD player and air conditioning were all standard-fit. 
Full alloy body linked to a tubular steel chassis and a carbon fibre bonnet. 
The interior is Conoly leather and stitched by hand. 
One of the last hand made Ferrari’s, at its heyday it would be the fastest 4 seat car in the world and one of the most expensive Ferrari’s ever made.

ABOUT THE CAR:

Our car was delivered new to its Greek owner in 1997. A beautiful example with extras like the two tone dashboard in burgundy leather that is perfectly combined with the gorgeous light cream interior. Finished in Blue Le Mans the car was one of the lucky 456’s as it was part of one of the largest and most prestigious car collections in the world. In 2017 Veloce Classic obtained the car for the first time as a part exchange deal. We kept the car due to its perfect condition and a big service of 14.000 euros was performed by Genesis Ferrari in Athens. The car was sold in 2018 to its new owner, a Greek industrialist who also kept the car in pristine condition and always serviced by a Ferrari official service regardless costs. In 2020 a new suspension was fitted, new radiator, new brakes and many other things at a cost of 17.000Euros followed by the annual services. 

In May 2024 the car had another service with two brand new tubi exhaust back boxes (we do have the originals that will come with the car). All sticky plastics were also treated and the car had a full detailing with a ceramic coating applied along with a full interior detailing and a set of brand new Pirelli P Zero tyres averaging a total cost of 14.000 euros.

This is by far one of the best if not the best Ferrari 456 GTA’s in the market today, with an amazing service and ownership history, low mileage (46.000km) and a wonderful colour combination.

La Ferrari 456 è sempre stata un modello speciale.

L'idea di Luca Di Montezemolo per rilanciare la marca era quella di tornare alle origini.

A tal fine era necessaria una Gran Turismo V12 a motore anteriore ed Enzo Ferrari approvò personalmente il progetto (l'ultima vettura approvata da Enzo).

Nel 1992, in occasione del 40° anniversario del Garage Francorchamps di Bruxelles, in Belgio, la Ferrari scelse di presentare la sua nuova gran turismo a quattro posti.

Dotata di un elegante stile Pininfarina, la 456 avrebbe proiettato la Ferrari nel XXI secolo, richiamando al contempo le eleganti vetture GT degli anni Cinquanta e Sessanta.

Come gran turismo Ferrari a quattro posti, le sue prestazioni erano eccezionali.

Il V-12 da 442 CV della 456 le consentiva di raggiungere una velocità di oltre 186 miglia orarie e di accelerare da 0 a 100 km/h in 5,2 secondi.

Gli interni in pelle completa con sedili anteriori regolabili elettronicamente, gli alzacristalli elettrici, l'impianto stereo a otto altoparlanti con lettore CD e l'aria condizionata erano di serie.

Carrozzeria interamente in lega collegata a un telaio tubolare in acciaio e cofano in fibra di carbonio.

Gli interni sono in pelle Conoly e cuciti a mano.

Una delle ultime Ferrari costruite a mano, ai tempi del suo massimo splendore sarebbe stata l'auto a 4 posti più veloce del mondo e una delle Ferrari più costose mai prodotte.

INFORMAZIONI SULLA VETTURA

La nostra auto è stata consegnata nuova al suo proprietario greco nel 1997. Un bellissimo esemplare con extra come il cruscotto bicolore in pelle bordeaux che si combina perfettamente con gli splendidi interni color crema chiaro. Rifinita in Blu Le Mans, l'auto è stata una delle 456 più fortunate in quanto faceva parte di una delle più grandi e prestigiose collezioni di auto al mondo. Nel 2017 Veloce Classic ha ottenuto la vettura per la prima volta come scambio parziale. Abbiamo tenuto l'auto per le sue perfette condizioni e un grande servizio di 14.000 euro è stato eseguito da Genesis Ferrari ad Atene. L'auto è stata venduta nel 2018 al suo nuovo proprietario, un industriale greco che ha mantenuto l'auto in condizioni immacolate e sempre revisionata da un service ufficiale Ferrari senza badare a spese. Nel 2020 sono state montate nuove sospensioni, un nuovo radiatore, nuovi freni e altro al costo di 17.000 euro, seguiti dai servizi annuali.

Nel maggio 2024 l'auto è stata sottoposta a un altro servizio con due scatole di scarico tubi nuovi di zecca (abbiamo gli originali che verranno forniti con l'auto). Tutte le plastiche appiccicose sono state trattate e l'auto è stata sottoposta a un detailing completo con un rivestimento ceramico applicato insieme a un detailing completo degli interni e a un set di pneumatici Pirelli P Zero nuovi di zecca per un costo totale di 14.000 euro. Questa è di gran lunga una delle migliori, se non la migliore, Ferrari 456 GTA oggi sul mercato, con un servizio e una storia di proprietà incredibili, un basso chilometraggio (43.000 km) e una meravigliosa combinazione di colori.
