Descrizione

We are proud to present an absolutely exceptional example of Chevrolet's Corvette C2, also known as the Sting Ray. Bill Mitchell and his team gave the car its unique and recognizable design, and when they launched the latest generation of "America’s Only True Sports Car" in 1963, a legend was born. The C2 is possibly the most collectible generation of all Corvettes, with enthusiasts' unicorns such as the "Split Window," "Grand Sport," and "427." This Convertible must be seen and experienced in person, but please satisfy your curiosity with the highlights below:

  • Under the bonnet is a 5.4-liter (327") V8 that sends approximately 365 horsepower to the rear wheels via a 4-speed manual gearbox.

  • The car was imported from North Carolina to Norway 26 years ago, where it underwent an extensive restoration that took about 3 years to complete. It has since been imported by us to Denmark in 2024.

  • The 327 has been rebuilt with new pistons, camshaft, rocker arms, and more.

  • The Corvette is finished in Milano Maroon, a correct 1965 color, with a black soft top and matching dashboard, seats, carpets, and door panels.

  • It sits on 15” aluminium "knock off" wheels with white wall tyres from Cooper Tires.

  • Everything from the assemblies, chrome, and finish is pristine.

The car comes with several hundred pages of documentation, invoices, pictures, books, and history. This is likely Denmark’s best C2, and it can be experienced in our showroom at Classic Car House.

The car is in stock and can be viewed in Lyngby, Denmark.
