This super original VW Beetle was sold new in Torrance, California, U.S.A. The car still displays alle the factory original decals and comes with the original booklets, one showing the original delivery stamp! The original tool set and spare wheel are also present. In the year 1992 this fantastic VW Beetle was shipped to the Netherlands; the car has known only two Dutch owners over the last 32 years. This Beautiful Volkswagen Beetle 1303 cabriolet is in a very good original condition. The bodywork and chassis are completely sound and never welded on, the car was given a professional repaint in the past. The original vinyl interior is in a very good original condition, and it did not suffer from the Californian sun. The car must have been parked in the shade or in a garage during its American years. In the Netherlands the car was garaged perfectly by true enthusiasts. This is one of the last Karmann produced VW 1303 cabriolets fitted with disc brakes on the front wheels and petrol injection. The car features 15-inch chrome wheels, additional stainless steel spot lamps at the front, a baggage rack complete with suitcase, and a perfectly working period correct Blaupunkt auto radio.
