Exceptional Jaguar E-Type Roadster V12, Series III
The vehicle was imported from the USA by the last owner in December 1991 (single owner for almost 29 years) and was in excellent rust-free condition, no putty, never welded.
Original miles at purchase: 47,857 miles (77,018 KM)
Speedometer change at approx. 50,500 miles (81,272 KM) to KM speedometer (currently: 5,101 KM).
Vehicle was only driven 9,354 KM in 29 years!

The vehicle was technically completely checked and, over the years, restored to almost new condition:
Rear axle, front axle, suspension, wheel bearings, steering, steering gear, water pump, alternator, fuel pump, gas cable, gas linkage, carburetor overhaul with new membranes and seals, ignition distributor, clutch master and slave cylinder, brake cylinder, brake discs, stainless steel exhaust, countershaft new, long gear ratio Differential 2.69:1
US exhaust gas recirculation completely removed, and intake manifolds closed - conversion to European standard. New pistons and piston rings 9:1 compression. Valves dismantled, cleaned, and reground.
Removal of the US bumper and dismantling of the side indicators; then completely repainted in the original silver color (approx. 2003).
Work in 2020: new battery, new cooling hoses, new operating materials (rear axle, gearbox, engine), new alternator, air conditioning converted to R134A / filled, wheel bearings lubricated all around, electrical system checked / repaired.
In April 2022, the interior was completely renewed, true to the original.
In February 2023, a new, very high-quality soft top with a matching hood cover in the color of the interior was installed.
The E-Type has excellent handling and is very fast. Due to the very long rear axle, high motorway speeds at low engine speeds are easily possible without heat problems occurring.
