A lovely car restored some years ago & very little used since. The restoration has been clearly done to very high standards with body, paint and engine being completely overhauled.
The car is of course in impeccable order thoughout. Brand new black leather is installed to the interior along with black carpets & door cards. Exterior paint is signal red as when new.
All mechanics were rebuilt at the time of restoration resulting in a strong, powerful and smooth engine pushing great power trough the rear wheels in a true sports car fashion. The soft is immaculate with no tears, blemishes or scuffs.
The Series II E-Types have many improvements over the Series I cars including better lighting, brakes and cooling and importantly an improved gear change and smoother engine along with more comfortable seats & more room inside. The second series of the E type, was a clear step forward for Jaguar and it made clear to the public that the E type was going to define the concept of sports car for years to come.
This 1969 Jaguar E Type wants nothing done to it but to turn the key and enjoyed from the future lucky owner. It’s ready to be seen and driven away from our showroom in Northampton.
