The Ferrari Mondial T, introduced in 1989, marked a significant evolution within the Mondial series, featuring a new engine and transmission layout derived from the Ferrari 348. Unlike its predecessors, the Mondial T's V8 engine was mounted longitudinally, paired with a transversely positioned gearbox—an innovative configuration that enhanced the car's handling and performance. Additionally, this model received a refreshed design along with modern features like ABS brakes and power steering. It is a rare car, with only 840 coupes produced. Manufactured until 1993, the Mondial T was the final iteration of Ferrari's four-seater mid-engine sports cars, paving the way for the front-engine Ferrari 456.

Interior: The interior of this Ferrari Mondial T is in excellent condition. The car retains its original black leather upholstery, which shows very minimal signs of wear. All functions in the cabin are in full working order, including the air conditioning. Other details, such as the carpeting, door cards, and dashboard, are also in great condition. The car's seats offer great comfort, and the 2+2 configuration means there is space for children in the back. The cabin is also very quiet at highway speeds, making this an ideal grand tourer.

Exterior: Cosmetically, the Mondial T is often regarded as the best-looking Mondial, being the final and most evolved iteration. It features fully painted bumpers, with design elements inspired by the Ferrari 328 and 348. The exterior condition of the car is excellent. At some point in its life, the car received a full respray, and the paintwork remains in very good condition. Other exterior details, such as the wheels, windows, window trim, etc., are also in great condition. The car's 16 inch original alloy wheels are in great condition and have good tires with plenty of tread.

Engine and Mechanics: The Mondial T is a superb driver’s car. Its 3.4-liter V8 engine, sourced from the Ferrari 348, is reliable and produces 300 horsepower. The engine delivers a pleasant exhaust note and a smooth power band with exceptional torque. It is paired with a transversely mounted 5-speed dogleg gated manual gearbox—a precise and satisfying transmission, offering the classic gated Ferrari feel and sound. The car also has excellent gearing, allowing for relaxed cruising at highway speeds with moderate RPM. This particular Mondial T has recently been serviced and comes with a new clutch cylinder and a refurbished AC system.

History and Documentation: This Ferrari Mondial T was originally sold by a Ferrari dealership in Nuremberg, Germany. It wasn't there for long, as it was later imported to Sweden during the summer of 2002. Since then, the car has had four private owners and has been well maintained. It comes with a well-stamped service book, other original manuals, good documentation, and three keys.
