Descripción

I am offering this car on behalf of a friend, because I am quite familiar with the model, and may be better able to answer any upcoming questions.

The friend was sincerely searching for a small Princess in 2017, and he wanted to find the best one that was available on the market – he found it in England, and I went with him to The Holy Land to help him to check the car.

The car had been restored in 2003/4, and repainted in the original colour "glacier white" in six coats of cellulose. The description was not exaggerated, the asking price of 10,000 GBP seemed to be fair, and so there was not much room for negotiation – my friend paid an amount that was high for the model, but appropriate for the car.

In Germany, the owner invested a considerable amount of money in the car to further improve it, i.e., by fitting a retro-look alternator, and servicing brakes, suspension, etc.

The large sunroof almost creates a convertible feel, picnic tables, leather seats, woolen carpets, and headlining done in "West of England", together with the distinctive grill, give you the feeling of being in a Bentley, and the Hydrolastic suspension ("whisky suspension", advertising coined it) makes you believe you are sitting in a large vehicle - when it comes to looking for a parking space, you are pleased to see how small the vehicle is (3.73 m).

With the car comes a thick folder with receipts for repairs and service in England and Germany, as well a MOT and TÜV certificates to prove the low milage of about 33,000 (approx. 53,000 km). An original British Leyland workshop manual is included.

The Princess is currently registered, comes with a current TÜV certificate until June 2025, and you can drive it anywhere.
