1964 | Porsche 356 C 1600

The car offered is a beautiful Porsche 356 C coupé, sold new in Italy on September 6, 1963, therefore one of the first MY'64 models, born Irish Green with brown leatherette interior and no options.

After a period spent abroad, the car returned to Italy in 1989 to undergo a complete restoration; the sheet metal work was carried out by Ermanno Cattaneo, while the rest of the work was carried out between Emilia Romagna and Marche by known craftsmen. During these works it was decided to repaint the car in silver metallic with red leather interior, while the car retains the first equipment engine in excellent condition.

In 1995 a mechanic from Bologna purchased the restoration project and completed it personally; in 2008 it was purchased by one of our customers and then passed in 2012 to the current owner who is selling it only due to little use.

​

With its 75 horsepower and improved braking system with four disc brakes, the 356 C is the latest evolution of the first Porsche model, suitable for everyday use without any particular compromises, despite being a 60-year-old car.

​

The car is delivered with an ASI Certificate of Historical Relevance and a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.

The car is visible by appointment in Bologna.
