The Mercedes-Benz SL is now a true classic, representing the ultimate status symbol in the automotive industry for over 40 years. This third generation of the Sportlich-Leicht class, the R107, built as the successor to the renowned W113, is richly equipped, built with top-notch Mercedes quality, and has a powerful and luxurious presence. Mercedes produced the R107 from 1971 to 1989, and it is a model that is nicely linked with Mercedes-Benz, presenting the brand's core values of quality and luxury excellently.

This particular example, a stunning 560 SL, was delivered in 1988. This top model was ordered with the optional Alpaca leather, which forms a timeless and stylish combination with the dark exterior color. Our SL still has the same quality as it did on the day of delivery. The car is richly equipped, including a correct Becker radio. Today, this Mercedes-Benz is in very good condition, partly because the exterior color was resprayed (due to the sunny climate in the USA) and the interior was partially reupholstered. Technically, the car was overhauled where necessary and is in great condition overall. The car comes with a book documenting the work done.

The body is in very good condition with beautiful paint and a lovely shine, and both the chrome work and the wheels are in excellent shape. The interior, with its beautiful leather upholstery, clearly shows that the car received the maintenance it deserves. The steering wheel, dashboard, and other elements of the interior are in very fine condition. Under the hood, everything is neatly cared for, and technically this SL is also very good, contributing to the driving pleasure that this top-class Mercedes offers. The largest engine available for the SL ensures a powerful and wonderfully smooth driving experience, with an automatic transmission that shifts superbly.

This 560 SL will be delivered with the original manuals, including the user manual, soft-top booklet, and radio manual. Some invoices are also present.
