In 2009, the E-Type came to Germany to its penultimate owner, who extensively restored it in 2015 and 2016 and largely converted it to a European model. The E-Type has been converted from original steel wheels to Jaguar wire wheels with central locking. A total of over 30,000 euros was invested.
