Description

History of the Ferrari 456

In October 1992, the Ferrari 456 GT was presented for the first time at the Paris Motor Show. Pietro Camardella designed this elegant Gran Turismo 2+2, which was described by experts as the legitimate successor to the legendary Ferrari Daytona. It was also the first since the Superfast to break the 5-litre engine capacity barrier again. Due to its many technical refinements, this GT became a favourite among experts. The power delivery of this engine is simply sensational, 550 Newton metres of torque, 442 hp over 300 km/h top speed, open shift gate with 6-speed gearbox and limited slip differential from ZF, adjustable sports suspension, beautiful instrumentation, interior lined with the finest leather, perfectly fitting sports seats - these are the ingredients for a fantastic super sports car from Maranello. The 456M (M stands for Modificata) was then presented in 1998. In the M the smoothness of the engine was improved and the bonnet was made of carbon fibre. In addition, many small changes were made to improve the aerodynamics and cooling. It is the last Ferrari with folding headlights. Exactly 3,289 examples of the 456 series were produced by Ferrari in total

Summary

If you want to own a Ferrari 456 M with few kilometres, in its original, technically well-maintained top condition, the search for our unique sports car is now over. This legitimate Daytona successor is predicted to increase in value steadily. A youngtimer that looks like a new car, taut and comfortable at the same time, equipped with a very reliable 12-cylinder naturally aspirated engine and a lively 442 hp, simply a unique blend of a thoroughbred Italian super sports car. The stylish, elegant colour combination is responsible for its understated appearance, which is not really typical of Italy.
