  • Another superb Classic Mini that ticks all boxes

Chassis number 4056, was first registered on the 29th of May 2000 by Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft in Munich. Yes, this Mini was delivered by the factory itself (BMW owned Mini outright since 1997) under dealer number 1764. After a short stint in Germany, the Mini found its way to the Netherlands on the 20th of June 2002. By this time it recorded just 3.125 km's from new. Specified from new in the ultimate specification for a Classic Mini; British Racing Green Pearlescent over a Knightsbridge-only Beige full leather upholstery with Burr Walnut veneer dash and door inserts. Specified also with the desirable Webasto electrically-opening panoramic roof from factory - this Knightsbridge can be considered the ultimate iteration of a MK7 Classic Mini.

The history of this Mini is complete and uninterrupted. Service history indicates the Mini has been meticulously serviced by marque experts in the Netherlands (Ben van Leeuwen and later Sjaak van den Bergh) and that clearly shows. The Mini presents in absolutely mint condition today in all aspects. Totally rust-free, unwelded and showing just mere minor signs of its near 25 year old life. The interior, is much the same story with the leather having just been cleaned and treated by us and showing no scuffs or tears whatsoever. The veneer is unaffected by UV light (a common issue with these), further showing that this Mini has been carefully garaged for most of its life. The 48.580 km's are not only substantiated in the service booklet but also via de Dutch RDW with a year-on-year mileage that is consistent with aforementioned service records. All electrics are fully functioning, the engine runs smooth and the gearbox is free of any synchromesh crunches (a typical Mini gremlin).

Today the car is still registered under Dutch reg number 01-JK-KT and still has a valid MOT until 20-10-2025. She can be supplied with Dutch export papers if necessary, to be registered anywhere in the world with ease. Furthermore she is accompanied by all original accessories incl. toolkit, jack, wheel nut key, wheel nut cover puller all enclosed in the original tool pouch. Documentation is much the same thing with the user manual and service booklet enclosed in the leather document pouch. As with all our cars a dedicated history file is present as well for the auxilary documentation and ofcourse two sets of keys with keyfobs are present as well. A Mini does not get more complete than this.

Bite-Size:

A Knightsbridge with low mileage in the ultimate specification, this Classic Mini just ticks all boxes. With ease that is!
