The machine was purchased by the current owner in 2015 from the company Stile Italiano SRL in Italy and imported into Switzerland. From 2015 to 2017, the SFC was ridden at various events for historic motorcycles, such as the Bikers' Classics at the Spa racetrack in Belgium.

During this time, extensive service work was carried out. In 2017, the engine was completely overhauled by the former Laverda representative and specialist H.R. Möhri. Afterward, the SFC was only used once at an event. In 2024, the tank was restored inside and out and repainted. At the same time, comprehensive service and optimization work was performed. All fluids were replaced, and a new battery was installed. This work was carried out by Laverda specialist Peter Strasser.

The Laverda is in top visual and technical condition, with no pending work required.
