The Mercedes 230 SL ‘Pagoda’ skilfully harmonises sobriety, everyday practicality and elegance.

It epitomises Mercedes' design shift towards a new, more functional style. The smooth surfaces, ample usable space and lack of decorative elements clearly set it apart from its predecessor and gave the Pagoda a more ‘masculine’ appearance.

In its day, the Mercedes 230 SL set new standards in the field of vehicle safety. This is because the 230 SL is the world's first sports car with a safety body consisting of a rigid passenger cell and crumple zones at the front and rear.

This vehicle was imported from the USA in 2006 and restored both technically and visually.

The Pagoda is very original and unwelded.

It is in very good technical and visual condition and ready for immediate use.

The last owners have driven this car successfully and trouble-free on many and long classic car rallies.

Before delivery, the Pagoda will receive a 143-point check at our premises.
