The BMW Isetta 300 is an iconic microcar produced from 1955 to 1962 and known as the "Egg of Steel." With its unique design, which includes a front door that opens for entry and exit, the Isetta is a prime example of the economical and practical solutions of the post-war era. The 300cc engine delivers 14 hp, enabling the vehicle to reach a top speed of approximately 85 km/h. At just 2.35 meters long and weighing only 360 kg, the Isetta was extremely maneuverable and ideal for the narrow streets of the post-war period. Today, it is a sought-after collector's item and a symbol of innovation and creativity in automotive history.

Our Isetta is the "three-wheeled" version. Only 1,605 were produced, making it even rarer than a "four-wheeled" version. The three-wheeled version was only produced for Austria, as it was then considered a motorcycle there.

The Isetta was completely and meticulously restored from 2010 to 2013. The restoration included the mechanicals, the bodywork, and the paintwork. There is photographic documentation of the restoration. There will probably never be another Isetta in this condition. The condition can truly be described as very good. The mileage has been recorded since the restoration. The Isetta was only taken out in the best weather and hasn't seen any rain. You are welcome to come and see the Isetta in person at our location in Meinerzhagen.

Before delivery, the BMW Isetta 300 will receive a new TÜV inspection and be inspected at our BMW Classic branch in Meinerzhagen.
